Do we allow pets at Platform Douglas?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There may be breed and size restrictions, a pet deposit, and monthly pet rent.
What are the requirements to qualify for an apartment?
We typically require a minimum income of 2x the monthly rent, a satisfactory credit score, and a background check. Cosigners may be accepted in some cases.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, at all Platform Apartments, we require a $75 nonrefundable application fee.
What security features are in place at Platform Douglas?
We have a camera surveillance system in place to help monitor key areas and enhance community safety.
